Windows Troubleshooter is a built-in utility in Windows 10 that can be used to resolve day-to-day errors experienced within the operating system. When done, recheck if the Windows Calculator is functional now. The command will take a while to execute completely. Open the Command Prompt by typing in cmd in Run.
